Y, whose name is Amelie, was her erstwhile friend. She made her husband, Bob, to be friendly with Amelie. Later, they fell in love. When MME. X came to learn about this, their friendship broke. When MLLE. Y and Bob were in love, Miss Y used to offer him tulips. In fact, MME. X _______ tulips but to please Bob she has bought a pair of tulip embroidered slippers on Christmas Eve for him. MME.
